Seriously, why spill the beans? Arghghghhhhh that is so frustrating!
[ He was personally enjoying the secrecy! The hiding in plain sight thing was 1) hilarious 2) effective. However, he scoffs as he sits back, then waves his hand dismissively. ]
I guess. And I stress the "I guess" part here, he made it sound like it was a one man job, but goddamn.
[ He'll look over to Grell at this point, then nods to her. ]
Probably couldn't kill his boyfriend at this point, could I? Kinda wasted the surprise on Rhysie.

If you kill Dorian, without a valid reasoning behind it - and I didn't see you being dear friends with Arumat - then if they don't move to kill you in return, they'll at least keep you so guarded you'll have no way to operate in secrecy.
Besides. I wouldn't allow it. It was his last request that I look out for him. Deride it as sentimental if you wish, but I keep such promises.
[folding her arms, she finally meets Jack's gaze.]
He told because there was no way else to explain how he convinced Dorian to do it, and I think he would crack under enough questioning. Saving him the trouble, maybe.
[narrowing her eyes, the change in her expression is swift - the strain erased, and there is something bitterly cold in her eyes.]
You didn't tell anyone about this, did you?

I mean, him being a friggin' lying murderer is more than enough reason to kill him. I don't give a shit about Arumat. But I hate, and I mean hate liars, sweetheart. Almost as much as I hate traitors.
[ Jack actually does get pretty heated there for a moment, but he sits back with a heavy sigh and crosses his arms. ]
But I guess that's what you'd expect from a spy. Still. Super annoying. You wanna protect Dorian, that's fine with me, 'cause ultimately, you're right. I'm doing pretty good here to have these idiots concerned with other shit and not locking me up, soooo yeah. Not gonna give them a big reason to remember that. I guess.
[ He says that part pretty petulantly, but he looks to her at the last question, and he shakes his head. ]
Nahhh, are you kidding? I don't trust any of these mouthbreathers. Didn't even tell Rhysie, which, by the way, ended up being a good call on my part. God. [ He sits up a bit straighter ]
Did imply to Elizabeth that I was hunting down the aliens, since figured she was the only person I could be sure telling that to wasn't a stupid idea. She doesn't know about the Kampff, though. Mmmmmade sure not to mention that, no worries there. But, hey, she's out for revenge, thought it might be helpful to help sniff out her old friends.

[and with Bull making it sound like a solo job, it might get the monsters to relax a little, thinking that one side of them was safe.]
...it's odd, to be just the pair of us.

[ Her additional statement gets him to pause, but he ends up shrugging it off. ]
Yeah, guess so. We figured it'd end up like this, though. I mean, we lose two people the first two weeks? Had that kinda luck from the start. Unfortunately.
