private conversations
Private conversations are at once a way to cultivate CR and a way to exchance IC secrets and information, and we encourage players to have as many private conversations as possible. It creates a level of intrigue and excitement! Private conversations can occur anywhere within the setting of the game, and with any number of characters. Private conversations should be posted on a character's respective journal and filtered to only the character journals involved as well as the mod journal,
al2955. Please post all private conversations that occur here within 24 hours of their occurrence. All comments on this page will be screened, and unscreened upon the game's finish. Also, please refrain from having conversations ICly on trial days.
Because filters are not commonly used in DWRP outside of murdergames, we've created a handy tutorial.

Under the organize tab, click 'manage filters'.

Ignore everything on this page and click 'manage your access filters'.

Here are all the filters you have set up on your journal! Most likely, this will be blank. At the bottom, click 'new' to begin creating a new filter, and go ahead and name it. The easiest thing to do in this case is simply name it after the characters within the filter. If having a lot of filters with large groups of characters gets confusing, then try making one filter for each respective character. Later on, you can opt as many filters in to your post as you'd like, so you'd simply have to check all the boxes for all the characters involved.

Now you're editing this filter. All the journals that have access to yours will be displayeed in the list titled 'not in access filter'. Highlight every journal you wish to include in the filter, and click 'add'. Remember to allow the mod account access in every filter you set up. Once you do this, you're done! Remember to click save at the bottom.

Now, when you go to post a private conversation, at the bottom you'll pick 'custom' for who to show this entry to. It will then display all the filters you have set up. Simply check the box for the filter you'd like to apply, and you can post your entry!
